Yard Expansion FAQs

  • Should I grind or pull my stumps?

Grinding is efficient for lawns and beds. Pull stumps where you plan to build or place a structure (shed, pool, patio) to avoid future settlement.

  • Do you haul away stumps and wood?

Yes, we can haul and dispose of material as a line item, or we’ll coordinate with partners based on your preferences.

  • Do you hydroseed?

Yes. Hydroseed is a great option for larger areas. We’ll advise on seasonal timing for NH and provide a watering/care guide.

  • Will the yard settle or regrow small shoots?

Some settlement and regrowth are normal in the first season. We compact fills, grind deep, and provide maintenance tips to manage regrowth and touch-ups.

  • Do you install irrigation?

    No—we don’t offer irrigation. We’ll provide water
